Model 1408 - Pet Earscope

For pet owners, kennel operators, groomers, and breeders - to monitor animal ears and check for fox tails, ear mites, and ear infections.

Earscopes throw a strong beam of light into the ear canal and magnify the image for easy viewing. They allow you to see into the ear canal and view the ear drum. For example, you can readily see ear mites if present, see the redness caused by infections, or check for hair balls and foxtails. You get the necessary information to decide if and when you need the vet.

The Pet Earscope has performance similar to the much higher priced models used by verterinarians, is designed specifically for dogs (but can be used on cats and other animals), has good illumination and a clear magnified image. It is light weight (2-1/2 oz.), measures 6 1/2" long, and includes two AAA alkaline Energizer batteries, a common replaceable bulb, two sizes of tips (4 mm and 7 mm), and a vinyl case.
